IPLeash will keep public web sites in sync with a moving IP, private address.  If you have a Web Site that you want to link back to your personal machine, then IPLeash will detect changes in your local address and update the Web Site with the information.

This application is aimed at users that have dynamic IP address, because they use a Dial-up, DSL, or cable modem connection.

IPLeash can detect the correct IP address in several ways, including a unique external IP check that works even through routers and firewalls.
